1. Navigation system
The navigation system forklift obtains and memorizes the entire image information through the visual navigation system in learning mode to form a path composed of units. During the subsequent movement of the vehicle, based on the relationship between unknown images and previously memorized images, the XY ∞ coordinate information will be automatically calculated. The AGV motion control system directly adjusts the motion controller to achieve visual precision navigation.
2. Scheduling system
The scheduling software integrates multiple functions such as multi vehicle scheduling control, task optimization, path allocation, and traffic control, improving the efficiency of AGV usage and ensuring multi vehicle scheduling.
3. Simulation system
Based on rich project experience, comprehensive testing data collection and software application capabilities, simulate the number and transportation capacity of AGVs planned for the customer's solution.
4. Management system
Real time display of vehicle status, safety protection sensor system, vehicle emergency stop control. Abnormal alarm feedback, battery level management, automatic charging control system, and work log recording management make AGV management more intuitive, reliable, and convenient.
5. Communication system
The image AGV communication system adopts the commercial 5G WI-FI communication technology of internationally renowned brands MIKrotik and UBNT self-organizing network, supports the latest version of Wi Fi 802.11ac protocol, and has the advantages of low latency and no disconnection.
6. WMS system
In a complete AGV system, location management is also an important part. The MINI-WMS system, based on vertical warehouse management, is introduced for small and medium-sized warehouse management in AGV projects. This system can achieve dynamic management of equipment and storage locations such as vertical warehouse exits, conveyor lines, underground stacking locations, multi-layer shelves, and production equipment loading, thereby ensuring the organic integration of AGV systems with surrounding equipment.
